INSPECT AND FLUSH WATER HEATER*: We inspect vents and gas lines to make sure they are up to code and functioning properly. We also flush your water heater to prevent sediment build-up and prolong the life of your water heater.
INSPECTION OF ALL TOILETS: We will inspect for maximum flow, wear and tear, lime build-up, and leaks.
HOSE BIB AND FAUCET INSPECTIONS: We will inspect inside & outside faucets for leaks and ensure proper working order.
LEAK DETECTION: We will visually inspect under cabinets and check water supply lines, stops, and p-traps for leaks.
WATER PRESSURE CHECK: Water pressure needs to be between 60 and 80 PSI (but not higher than 80PSI) for all fixtures to work at optimum performance and to meet code requirements. High water pressure can cause pipes and connections to leak or burst, causing major repairs and damage.
WATER TEST: Determine how hard your water is and understand the risks to your plumbing system.
SEWER LINE INSPECTION: Ensure roots and breaks are found before they create a problem. (Accessible cleanout required, up to 50 ft)
